• Customers are responsible for all shipping and crate fees.

• We use third-party carriers and are not liable for damage, loss, or delays that occur during shipping. Shipping insurance is available upon request.

Due to the custom and delicate nature of our work, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
